Richard  Barkand, CMT is a Wall Street veteran, first working with independent financial advisors and then with an international wealth management firm in New York. He now follows the markets from his current home in Europe. Mr. Barkand is a member of the Market Technicians Association and is the only technical analyst in the Czech Republic certified by the MTA.
